THE GENOS EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE MODEL
The Genos model comprises a set of emotionally intelligent workplace behavior competencies. Competencies are measurable and observable skills and behaviors based on underlying abilities and experiences. The six emotionally intelligent competencies of the Genos model capture the skills and behaviors that manifest from emotional intelligence abilities.
